Gecko Galz Christmas Memories

Here to share my 2 projects for the customer inspiration challenge over at Gecko Galz Blog. Our prompt this month is Christmas Memories. 

I am old enough to remember many Christmas's and have a ton of black and white photos to jog my memory. So, I have created a black and white mantel garland for my living room, only using Gecko Galz, Dashing Through The Snow ATCs

                                       and lastly Christmas Wonder Digi Set

Gecko Galz 25 Day of Christmas Tags Perfect the men in your life! Christmas Pin Ups!

Stay tuned for a few more days of tags from me for Gecko Galz Blog 25 Days of Christmas Tags!!

I created two bottle hang tags using Christmas Pin Ups

                           How darn fun are these!! The men in my life will love there bottle hangers!

Using a sheet of 81/2 x 11 cut 4 tags, 2 3/4 inch wide by 11 inches long, score from the top down 2 3/4 inch and punch a hole for the neck of the bottle. Add embellishments and images, that is it!

Bookmark and tags can be fun and fast if you have a few items. I used a die cuts from a tag set, I used the largest and the next one down for my bookmark/tag. I then printed out these adorable digi sets for my topper!

Gecko Galz Monthly Gothic Challenge Dream Catcher

 Hello,

Wanted to drop my entry here for the Gecko Galz Monthly Gothic Challenge, host over at Gecko Galz Blog. There is always a free image given every month for you to create with! Come join in the fun!

I used a small hoop from 1.25 store, covered it with jute, hot glued my image creation on the back of the hoop and threaded some mixed string on the bottom for texture. I punched holes in the bottom of the hoop, I used a cropadille, but I bet I hole punch would work too.

Gentlemen Easel Cards with coffee snark! Arty Diva Challenge Blog

Oh boy have I got a treat For you! I have had the most wonderful time creating 4 easel cards for Arty Divas Challenge Blog, complete with vintage looking men, and coffee stain and beaned paper!!

This Halloween Challenge Blog

Oooo, my favorite holiday is right around the corner! Halloween! The one time of a year I truly can be myself with no judgement!

My project for this month is a bit different, however I love how it turned out! Let me know what you think.

I love using found items in my crafting! The paper glitter skull came in a box of goodies when I participated in a flea market swap!  I found the ring  at the $ 1.25 Store, 2 to a pack!

I combed my ribbon boxes for ribbon, and found the cute orange trim I used around the ring, and the sparkly mesh fabric was in my junk box!

I love to use found items in my designs, I happened on these two vintage hoops at one of my favorite resell stores for a 1.00 each!  Check out my two designs for this month!

I made a paper cloth if you will to fit in the hoops out of a brown sturdy grocery bag, slipped the top over top and then went to town adding the images and bits and pieces to create these two beauties!!

ArtyDiva and my month for rotation project- Vintage Book Marks

 Hello, 

It my turn up on the Arty Diva Blog to share some inspiration, using what I have! It is always a good thing to make use of any supplies one has! I have to use, so I can buy more! LOL

I feel in love with reading when I was in Junior High School, nothing better then hunkering down under a blanket or in the air conditioning hiding from Ohio weather! 

Using what I had, die cuts, digi images and loads of scrapbooking card stock, I crafter there bookmarks, which make me smile!

These came together pretty easily and quickly, perfect little gift for a friend, a reader, and a random act of kindness!!

It is time for another challenge over at This is Halloween Challenge Blog. Get your craft on and create a Halloween project or Gothic project and join us!! There are prizes to be won!! 

You can create ATC's, a Mini book, a greeting card, a upcycle project, you name it anything goes! 

Check out my mini  Book of Shadows, I created for this month.

I used a variety of witchy images I have in my stash, created a small simple book, by folding pages in half and trimming down to size. Punch two holes on the spine and run cording or jute through the holes and tie it together for a simple binding.
